We are absolutely buzzing to be announcing another huge signing ! It's been a busy start to the summer and we aren't planning to slow down any time soon - Tomas Kalinauskas has today put pen to paper on a professional contract at Barnsley FC.
It’s been an incredibly long journey for our behind the scenes team & Tomas getting to this point - we’ve been coaching Tomas since he was just 14 years old! Having only come to the country at 8 & not speaking a word of English he’s done a pretty good job so far!
It’s too hard to list everything here but he’s overcome some serious adversity so taking a moment to congratulate him on his first pro is a very special moment for us.
We’re looking forward to watching him rise up the ranks as he takes each and every level by storm.
