Conquest are pioneering youth football across England, in just a few short years they have turned the grass roots game firmly on its head. Whilst running multiple teams, developing a unique coaching syllabus and progressing children both on and off the pitch to ensure their potential is reached we feel we have a formula that has the biggest impact at the correct ages to ensure children the best opportunities.
We attend at least one international tour per season and this is a major development factor in the players lives. As youth footballers they enter grass roots but as they progress with us we filter them into a never before seen fixture schedule that pits them regularly against academy sides.
We currently run programmes for: Under 16s, Under 18s and Under 23s. The academy programme is outlined below.
Under 16s - Full Academy Programme (20 games)
Under 18s - Full Academy Programme (10 games) - supplemented with organised fixtures against select XI's
Under 23s - Full Academy Programme (10 games) - supplemented with organised fixtures against select XI's
