Honorary CoachNine teams. Find yours.
Conquest runs nine selective academy teams for 2026/27: U8, U10, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, U16 and U18.
Three evenings. One Sunday.
Every academy team trains on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings and plays Sunday league football. Additional friendlies are arranged on selected Saturdays.
Tuesday and Thursday home sessions build each player's technical, physical and coordination scores alongside the curriculum. Friendlies also take place at other points through the year.

How your child will develop.
Development is built around five pillars and one season curriculum. Each month builds on the last, and each week moves from individual technique to small groups to a game that applies it.
Technical
Mastery of the ball, and technique that holds up under pressure.
Tactical
Understanding of roles, team shape and decision-making.
Physical
Strength and conditioning appropriate to each player's development.
Psychological
Confidence, resilience and the drive to compete.
Character
Accountability, high standards and respect for teammates, opponents and officials.
Foundation track
Keep it simple and fun. Enjoyment comes first, with ball mastery and basic technique the priority. Lots of touches, small-sided games and plenty of encouragement.
Youth Development track
More game-realistic: pressure, opposition and position-specific detail. Technical excellence under pressure and tactical understanding are the priorities. U18s follow this track with the intensity turned up.
